Why do I have to register?

Registration allows us the most direct route of communication with you, the parent. It allows us to cross-reference your child’s attendance on the roll and alerts us to any siblings also attending.
Non-registered children run the risk of not being photographed.

If I Register, does this mean i’m locked in to buy?

No! 3 weeks after Photo Week, an edited gallery of colour and black and white selections are provided for you to admire and choose from. From here, you are welcome to buy prints, packages, digitals, or perhaps nothing at all. Buy one, some, all or nothing… but registration does ensure your child is photographed and you do get a gallery to make those decisions.

What is your coverage area?

We service Melbourne up to the far Eastern suburbs (Yarra Ranges, Yarra Valley).

What is your photography style?

We specialise in natural, candid photography. This means that our shots are generally very natural and personalised for the individual being photographed.

At kinder and childcare centres, we try to capture children doing what they enjoy the most.  We will work both inside and outdoors to capture children at play.

How many photographs do you take?

We usually take around 6-10 photos per child.  Sometimes there is more.

We also capture siblings attending the same centre.

Does the Package Price include both my children’s photos?

Package prices are per child but we offer a generous discount when you have two or more children at the one centre.

Do you take group/class and staff photos?

Yes we do! 

Generally we do organise group photo for kinder age children. Younger age groups – group photos are supplied as a composite.

For privacy reasons we are not allowed to offer digital copies of the group photos but you are welcome to purchase it as a print in any size.

We provide complimentary staff photos (in digital format or print) to all childcare centres and kindergartens.

Do you edit the photos?

We do edit the photos for colour and exposure and remove light blemish, scratches, dirt, etc. We ask that staff and parents do their best to help the children stay clean or wipe faces before the photoshoot.

Do I get a USB if I order digitals?

We offer downloads rather than a USB so that you can have immediate access to your photos.  You are welcome to purchase a USB as an extra item if you wish.

When are ordering cut-off times for Christmas?

Photos can make a wonderful Christmas gift for loved-ones. To ensure that your photos are delivered before December 25th, orders must be placed by December 1st.

What are your payment options?

Our website accepts bank transfers. You can also pay cash or via EFTPOS at the centre. If you have any payment questions or concerns, please contact us by phone or email.

How does the delivery of the orders work?

We do complementary delivery to your centre if ordering within the 2-weeks ordering period.

Orders placed after the 2-week period are automatically charged a delivery fee of $16. This fee covers the cost of your ordering being individually packaged and delivered .

How long will my order take?

Free Kinder/Centre Delivery: 
Within 28 days of the Free Delivery window closing.

Late Orders: 
Within 28 days of placing your order.

Digital Downloads: Instantly upon payment, via email.

Do the photographers have a Working With Children Check?

Yes. All our photographers have current Police Checks and Working with Children Checks.
