Halloween Shines for another year. Over 2500 ghouls, goblins and colourful day-of-the-dead characters arrived at Ferny Creek Reserve on 26 October 2019 for a day of visual delights at last year’s Halloween on the Green.
Undeterred by the weather forecast, The Philanthropic Collective once again created a spectacular charity event for all the entire community.
In 2019, my 7 years old son requested to be dressed up as the Plague Doctor, so off I went to buy all the materials to come up with a full homemade costume including the steampunk style mask pictured above and below. The year before he was Slender Man and the year before last he was wearing a Jawa costume with Pennywise make-up.

I invite you to see some of the pictures I managed to take, and if you were there, relieve some of the wonder and amazement. If you have never been, you are very welcome to join & participate this year where I’ll be the official photographer, with even more surprises for 2020 with Halloween falling on Saturday 31 October.
